NASHVILLE, TN / ACCESSWIRE / September 27, 2022 / Smart, a leading global retirement technology provider, was named Pensions Tech of the Year by the US Fintech Awards. The awards celebrate the significant achievements of the financial technology community.
Judges said Smart was chosen for its highly thoughtful partner integrations that promise genuine change, referencing Smart's partnership with Finhabits, a market-leading fintech provider by Latinos for Latinos. Earlier this year, Smart announced a partnership with Finhabits, launching a 401(k) solution for small businesses and their employees designed to be a simple, bilingual, and affordable alternative to state-mandated retirement plans nationwide.
'We are honored to accept this award, especially because it recognizes our commitment to providing easy-to-use retirement tools that deliver real benefits for both small businesses and their employees,' said Jodan Ledford, CEO of Smart in the US. 'I offer my congratulations to the whole Smart team and the additional US Fintech Awards winners.'
This is one of many recent accolades for Smart, a current finalist for the ThinkAdvisor Luminaries Awards.
